I can’t sign in
Use the same email address you registered with. Check junk mail for your latest verification email or code. A school email may need your IT team to release the message.
Go to sign in → · Use “Forgot password” if needed.
My progress isn’t showing or saving
Check that you’re signed in to the right account and have selected IGCSE or AS correctly. If the page says “Saving” or shows an error, keep it open and use its retry option.
Don’t clear your browser data or reset your progress to fix a saving problem. Contact us if retrying doesn’t work.
A question or code exercise looks wrong
Send the paper and question reference, plus a short description of the issue. You can move to another question while it is checked.
